How to make soft and nutritious Poha?
The most important thing in making poha is to wash it. Some people wash the poha less while others boil the poha right here.

To make poha, you should take medium poha, neither too thick nor too thin.

Now instead of straining the poha, put it in a bowl, fill it with water and wash it thoroughly.

After this, fill it with water immediately and wash it again in the same manner and drain out all the water thoroughly.

Now leave the poha to swell on one side without touching it with hands and do the rest of the preparation.

For Poha, fry the peanuts beforehand and then add cumin and mustard seeds mixed in oil.

Add curry leaves, green chillies and immediately add thinly chopped potatoes and thickly chopped onions.

Now add salt and cook till it melts. Now add some turmeric to the poha and add 1 finely chopped tomato to it.

Now spread the poha gently in the same vessel with hand or spoon, i.e. separate it.

If the poha seems hard then sprinkle some more water and when the tomatoes melt, put the poha in the pan.

Add green coriander and mix everything and immediately turn off the gas.

Cover the poha and leave it for 5 minutes, this will set the poha well in the steam.

Keep in mind that after adding the poha, do not cook it for too long, this will cause the poha to become hard.

When serving, sprinkle peanuts, salt and lemon on the poha and serve.
